The Road to Washington

Inspired and moved by the Albuquerque 50,000 Bones Preview Installation and looking to share the experience with individuals across the country, One Million Bones organized what we call The Road to Washington — simultaneous mini-installations and events in state capitals across the nation.

On April 28, 2012 in conjunction with a global day of action, 35 volunteer groups from Tallahassee to Springfield, from Cheyenne to Santa Fe, from Sacramento to Albany, hosted events in a national day of action.
